1921 Marine Telegraph Patent designed by Charles Henschel. The United States Patent and Trademark office issued the patent on February 21, 1921. This device was intended for the Captain of the ship to communicate with the engine room to change the speed or course of the ship. These are seen in a lot of movies.

Very nice print. It was a gift for a friend who just bought a real antique engine telegraph as decor and he absolutely loved it.
